We cannot speak too highly of our experience of using Omnia Bathrooms for our home refurbishment.  From the moment we entered the beautiful showroom to the day we ran our first bath it its new setting, we were delighted with the service and so too was our builder who said he had seldom come across such a helpful supplier.  Elizabeth was sensitive to our needs and enabled us to find exactly what was right for us.  The project was complicated and overran but Elizabeth was patient and efficient and we are grateful for all the care shown.

Omnia were recommended to us by our plumber and we were very impressed with their professionalism. Both Elizabeth and Barry were really helpful; measuring up the bathroom, offering suggestions and alternatives when budget came into play or when we changed our minds and delivery was on time. The quality of the products is excellent and it was really good to be able to look around the showroom with either Barry or Elizabeth showing us the available options or similar. We were made to feel welcome every time we went in and valued their judgement and advice – they understood what we were trying to achieve. We will definitely use Omnia again.
