1.  Pricing

 

We must receive full payment before your order can be accepted and processed. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us once confirmation of order has been returned to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Payment can be made using the majority of major credit or debit cards.

Payment can also be made by cheque, bankers draft or postal order and can be sent to our address above.  Please allow 7-10 working days for funds to be cleared before goods are dispatched.

If you are a Council, Limited Company or Sole Trader, you can request a pro forma invoice to make payment. Please call our accounts department for further details.

Prices can be amended at any time without notice.

 

2.  Guarantee

 

All products are covered via the manufacturers guarantee. We quote below current guarantees but we recommend that you contact them directly to obtain their guarantees and exclusion policies.

Aquadart/April – All shower trays are covered by a lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.  Shower Enclosures/WetRoom Panels are covered with a lifetime Guarantee when fitted with an Aquadart/April shower tray or a 10 year guarantee if fitted with any other tray.  Guarantees are for manufacturing defects and do not cover damage during fitting or misuse.

Easi-Plan – 10 year Guarantee against any manufacturing faults excluding siphons and ball valves which are covered for 12 months.

Elation Bathroom Furniture is covered by a 5 year manufacturing defects guarantee from date of purchase. Guarantee does not cover damage during fitting or misuse.  Only applies the the original purchaser.

Hansgrohe/Axor – 5 Year Guarantee fully covered against any manufacturing defects.

JIS – 25 year Guarantee against manufacturing defects for all towel rail bodies.  Proof of purchase is required for a replacement unit.  This does not extend to fitting costs or delivery charges.  Electric elements have a 12 month Guarantee.  Valves have a 5 year Guarantee.

Smedbo – 10 year Guarantee against defects in function. Damage caused by accident or misuse or abuse is not covered.

Vessini Sanitaryware/Baths  – Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects except cistern fittings and toilet seats.

Vessini Furniture – 2 year Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

 

Your guarantee starts when you receive the product and is only guaranteed to the original purchaser and is not transferable.  Fitting of the product is acceptance of its suitability and cannot be returned.

 

Please note that Omnia Bathrooms Limited will not be held liable for a product which has been fitted and then found to be faulty at a later date i.e. we will not pay for any trades person revisiting to replace the product, this includes products which have been incorrectly installed.

 

Where stated products must be fitted by a qualified person.  We strongly advise that you DO NOT book an installer until the goods have been delivered and checked.

 

In every case please keep a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer directly.

4.  Privacy Policy

 

Omnia Bathrooms Limited respects your privacy and refuses to pass your contact details or addresses onto any third parties other than for the purpose of deliveries direct from manufacturer. Cookies may be used on our site to collect data for our purposes only.

 

5.  Returns Policy

 

Please check your delivery within 24 hours of receipt. If any product is found to be damaged please advise us immediately by email info@omniabathrooms.co.uk.  Any product found to be damaged after 5 days of delivery may not be replaced free of charge.

Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements as orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.

In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty/damaged or wrong goods sent these will be collected and exchanged free of charge.

Please check goods immediately, if the packaging on a product is bad when delivered sign 'unchecked' and check item for any defects.

Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.You have a seven working day "cooling off period " after delivery. Goods which are not required can

be returned providing they are in their original packing, in a saleable condition and returned at your expense. In these circumstances the following terms will apply:

-  Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.

-  Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.

-  A minimum 25% charge will apply in all cases unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase, some manufacturers will accept this some will not, in which case the minimum 25% restocking charge will have to be implemented.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us or are received damaged, so it is advisable to send the item with an insured service and to retain proof of postage. 

The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases. 

6. Cancellation by us

 

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

- We do not deliver to your area; or

- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will recredit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of the cancellation.
